Marimbus is our go-to espresso coffee, chosen for its smooth sweetness, consistency, and crowd-pleasing flavour profile. Sourced from Fazenda Progresso in the Chapada Diamantina, Brazil, this coffee is grown by the Borré family, who have been producing exceptional specialty coffee since 2005.

In the cup, expect rich caramel sweetness balanced by crisp apple notes and a gentle toasted almond finish. Its approachable character makes it equally enjoyable as a black coffee or paired with milk, creating a sweet, comforting espresso with excellent balance.
