Shipping Policy

We deliver within Australia only using Australia Post. We don't ship internationally.

Cakes

Cakes are available for local pickup only and are not shipped. Once the cake has been collected from MORI Coffee, responsibility for the cake’s condition and handling transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after collection due to transportation, handling, storage, temperature, or other circumstances outside our control. As cakes are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has commenced.

Coffee Beans

Coffee beans are not eligible for return or exchange due to their perishable nature. If an order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, customers should contact us as soon as possible with photos and details so we can assess the issue.

Other Products

Other retail products are subject to our standard returns policy. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Coffee beans and other products are dispatched from our cafe within 1-3 business days of your order being confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery times are per Australia Post's estimates for your location, and you'll receive tracking details by email.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays within Australia Post's network are outside our control, though we're always happy to help follow up a missing parcel. Contact us at hello@moricoffee.com.au if your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery date.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply) or a refund of the product price.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your nominated address, including where Australia Post leaves the parcel in accordance with your safe drop or authority-to-leave instructions.
