Butter Canvas makes bespoke cakes to order, Japanese-inspired, design-led, and crafted around the date you have in mind. Birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, wedding cakes, and occasion cakes for any milestone worth marking. We're a pre-order and pickup studio based at MORI in Blackburn, serving metro Melbourne. All Butter Canvas cakes are available for pickup only. We don't deliver, and that's part of how we keep them right.


Most cakes require at least 3 weeks' lead time; the more notice, the better. Fill in the form and we'll come back with availability and a quote.

How do I order a Butter Canvas cake?

Choose your date, fill in the form, and we'll come back to you with availability and a quote. Most custom birthday and celebration cakes require at least 2 weeks' lead time. All Butter Canvas cakes are available for pickup from MORI in Blackburn, metro Melbourne only.
